Data deleted with your account

Deletion removes or de-links data associated with the account, including:

  • Authentication account, email association, profile, and app settings.
  • Workout, step, running, hybrid, strength, recovery, nutrition, favorites, and meal history.
  • Game progress, equipment, rewards, referrals, and current entitlement links.
  • Account-linked rate-limit identifiers and the RevenueCat customer associated with your Ascend user ID.

Limited records that may be retained

We may retain limited transaction, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal records when necessary to meet legal obligations or protect the service. Where feasible, retained records are de-linked from your active account. Some retained records are pseudonymized rather than fully anonymous and are kept only as long as reasonably required for those purposes.

Cancel store subscriptions separately

Deleting Ascend RPG does not cancel Google Play or Apple billing. Cancel Ascend Pro in the subscription settings of the store account used to purchase it if you want to prevent future renewals.
