Terms of Use

1. Agreement and operator

Ascend RPG is developed and operated by Dual Force Digital LLC. By creating an account or using Ascend RPG, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

2. Fitness, nutrition, and health information

Exercise and dietary changes involve risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, symptoms, are pregnant, or are unsure whether an activity is appropriate. Stop and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate loads, movements, pace, food, and recovery. Generated plans are estimates based on the information you provide and are not individualized medical advice.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where prohibited by law. You may delete your account in the app or through our account-deletion page.

4. Limited license and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ascend RPG for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms. You may not:

• Abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security or access controls except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use the service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate others, or distribute malicious content.
• Manipulate purchases, rewards, referrals, competition results, or game systems through fraud or automation.

5. Content and intellectual property

Ascend RPG, its software, artwork, characters, branding, and original content belong to Dual Force Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of information and notes you submit. You give us a limited license to host and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Food and nutrition results may originate from third-party public datasets. Accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed; check product labels and professional guidance when accuracy is important.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store. Pricing, billing cycle, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown before purchase and are also governed by that store’s terms. Deleting your Ascend account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancel it in Google Play or Apple subscription settings to prevent future renewal.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features; correct errors; and change game balance or availability. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, fraud, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will provide notice appropriate to the circumstances.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend RPG is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or achievement of a training, health, nutrition, or competition outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dual Force Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
